How to become a CoachClub member?

Registration with CoachClub and the creation of your personalized health and fitness program are completely free.

Upon registration, you will be a CoachClub member and have a personalized fitness program designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.

But in order to access all our exercise programs, view all of our videos on demand and enjoy all our services, you must subscribe to CoachClub.

How to create my personalized program?

After registering for CoachClub Premium, fill out a lifestyle questionnaire focusing on your personal information, activity preferences, availability, fitness background, goals and health history.

We recommend that you complete the lifestyle questionnaire as accurately as possible, in order to create a program best suited to your fit your needs and abilities. It will enable your coach to build a customized fitness program for you.

To receive your free 15 day trial membership, you will be asked to provide your credit card details. Your credit card will not be charged until your free trial period ends. You will also have the option to cancel the subscription at by going to «My Account» then «My Subscription» on the menu bar.

How to create my personalized program?

After registering for CoachClub Premium, answer the questions requested by your coach and let it guide you!

Fill out a questionnaire focusing on your personal information (birthdate, height, weight), your preferences, your availability, your background in sports & fitness, your goals and your health profile.

Please fill out the information carefully: with it, your coach will build your custom program taking into account all of your answers to this questionnaire!

To receive your 15 day free trial, you will be asked to provide your credit card details.
Do not worry: your credit card will not be charged until your free trial period ends. You will also have the option to cancel the subscription at any time in the future by going to «My Account» then «My Subscription» sections on the menu bar.

What is a health history profile?

The health history profile is part of a lifestyle questionnaire designed by health professionals and fitness experts. Your answers to these questions will help us tailor your personalized program to suit your family health history and current health and fitness level.

You may also indicate if you have specific areas of pain or injury, helping us to adapt your program accordingly. For example, if you have a weakness or pain in your right knee, the workouts that place a heavy demand on your knees will be excluded from your program.

How can I project the work out workout on my TV screen?

You can connect your computer to your TV. In order to do this, identify the connectors (VGA output, YUV, HDMI) of your computer and your TV (inputs: HDMI, VGA).

How to navigate on CoachClub?

Log in to CoachClub.com and the “My CoachClub” menu will appear at the top of each page.

The My CoachClub page: This is the first page that is accessed when you log on to CoachClub. It lets you view your next workout then launch it.

Sub-navigation lets you navigate across the entire CoachClub website:

  • My Sessions: Choose possible workouts other than those listed in your program.
  • My Calendar: View your history, your past workouts and those to come.
  • The Coach: Explore and choose possible workouts other than those listed in your program.
  • My Statistics: Access your personal statistics calculated from all CoachClub workouts and track your progress.
  • My Profile: Modify personal information, amend your goals, update your weight and progress. All new information will be taken into account to refine and adjust your program based on updated information.
  • My Account: Manage your personal information, your current subscription and choose the alerts you want to receive.

I would like further information, how can I get it?

Go to «My CoachClub» then «Coach selection». This will be updated to reflect the progress of your workouts. Each new movement practiced is included in detail.

How to add or remove an exercise from my program?

By clicking on the tab «My Profile» and then on the tab «My goals», you can modify your workouts depending on your goals. Do not forget to save the new information at the bottom of the page.

However, keep in mind that all the exercises offered in your personalized program are to help you achieve your goal quickly and safely.

How do I change my profile and my program?

Go to «My Profile» where you can modify your profile. By changing your profile, you may change your program to suit your new needs.

Why fill out my entire profile?

By providing all the requested information, CoachClub professionals are able to methodically customize your fitness and wellness program.

The questions marked with an * are mandatory. We recommend that you complete the lifestyle questionnaire as accurately as possible, in order to create a program best suited to your fit your needs and abilities.

I would like to increase my health & fitness level: how do I change my program?

Go «My Profile» then «My goals» where you can change your primary and/or secondary goals.

Any new goals lead to the development of a new program to help you achieve this new goal.

Your workout history will remain available at «My CoachClub» then «My calendar», or by reselecting your old goal.

How do I change the number of sessions I want to do per week?

Go to «My Profile» then «My goals» and change the number at «Number of sessions».

Please note, if your goal is for example "Fat Burning" and you do not plan enough sessions per week to achieve this goal, a pop-up window will appear telling you that the number of selected sessions is insufficient to reach your goal in a timely manner. CoachClub's philosophy is to guide you as best as possible to help you achieve your goals quickly & safely.

How to change the length of my workouts?

Go to «My Profile» then «My goals» and «Duration of Sessions».

Please note, if your goal is for example "Fat Burning" and you do not plan enough time per week to achieve this goal, a pop-up window will appear telling you that the length of the workout is insufficient to reach your goal in a timely manner. CoachClub's philosophy is to guide you as best as possible to help you achieve your goals quickly & safely.

How do I change my personal information?

Go to «My Account» then «My Personal Info»

1) If you want to change your password, go to «Edit» then «Your Password». Your old password will be requested for security reasons. Enter and confirm your new password.

2) If you want to change your email address, go to «Edit» then «Your Email». You can then enter your new email address in the field. Then click «OK». A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address.

Why am I asked to provide my mobile number?

By entering your mobile number you can receive reminders by SMS about a scheduled workout or appointment with a coach.

How to unsubscribe to CoachClub?

To unsubscribe to CoachClub follow these two steps:

1) To terminate your CoachClub membership, you must first cancel the automatic subscription renewal. Go to «My Account» then «My subscription» and «Cancel Automatic Renewal»

2) Go to «My Account» then «Personal Info and «To unsubscribe from CoachClub»

By unsubscribing from CoachClub you will no longer have access to any of its services, data nor special pricing. You will not be able to retrieve your history or statistics even if you register with CoachClub again at a later time.

Why do I have to validate my email address?

You must validate the email address provided during the initial registration to CoachClub, to ensure the validity of your email address and to secure your profile. With an invalid address, you will not receive your alerts, be reminded of access codes, cannot be contacted by a coach or change your personal information.

How does CoachClub respects the privacy of my personal information?

CoachClub abides by the laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal data. Your personal information will never be disclosed without your prior consent.

Why complete the questionnaire provided at the end of each workout session?

Once your workout is completed, a questionnaire will appear. By providing feedback about your workout, how it felt and your ability to follow it, your coach will adjust your next workout according to your comments and progress.

How does the questionnaire affect my progress?

Depending on the level of difficulty experienced during the session and expressed in the questionnaire, your next workout sessions will be adapted to suit your progress. These developments will also take into consideration the information provided at registration. Our goal is to deliver a tailored made program that evolves with you, taking into account your feedback and progress.

What are alerts?

CoachClub will continuously encourage and motivate its members to follow their program to its completion. Participation is crucial to efficiently and safely reach your fitness and health goals.
Workout alerts allows you to be notified about your next workout.

How to enable/disable my alerts?

Alerts are automatically enabled when subscribing to CoachClub.

Go to «My Account» then «My alerts» and select when you want to receive them. There you can also disable or unselect alerts you no longer want to receive.

What are SMS alerts?

SMS alerts allow you to receive notifications on your mobile phone as soon as:

  • You have scheduled a workout
  • You have an appointment with a coach

This feature is currently under development.

How do I change my phone number?

Go to tabs «My Account» then «My personal Info».

What are Email Alerts?

Email alerts allows us to contact you via email as soon as:

  • You have scheduled a workout
  • You have an appointment with a coach

What is the best browser to view a CoachClub video?

Our videos work with all browsers. We recommend using the Mozilla Firefox browser, available here for free.

An updated version of Flashplayer software is also recommended. You can download it by clicking here.

If you have problems viewing one of our videos, we recommend you start a video session, then right click on the video and go to «Settings» then «View» at the bottom left of the pop-up that appears, and uncheck «Enable hardware acceleration» then close the window.

I found a problem / bug on one of the videos, what should I do?

We recommend that you start downloading your videos and wait until they are partially or completely loaded before viewing.

To view your videos you need to have FlashPlayer installed. We recommend you download the latest version of the softwareby clicking here. Once the download is complete, please restart your computer.

After downloading, launch one of the videos. Then right click on the video and go to «Settings» then «View» at the bottom left of the pop-up that appears, uncheck «Enable hardware acceleration» then close this window.

Also, an internet connection over Ethernet is preferred, rather than WiFi, especially if your network bandwidth is not that high. You can also pause your workout allowing it to load prior to viewing. Wait a few minutes before restarting to view and enjoy your workout.

My sessions are too easy or too hard, how can I increase or decrease the intensity?

By answering the questionnaire at the end of each workout session, you can best learn about your progress.

Depending on the level of difficulty experienced during the workout, your next session will be re-adapted to suit your level. It is very important to do each workout in your program in order to learn new movements and exercised needed to move forward. By progressing correctly, you will reach your goal efficiently and safely.

How is my personalized CoachClub program created?

The CoachClub personalized program is created by an artificial intelligence motor designed by computer scientists, doctors, mathematicians, athletes and sports coaches.

CoachClub can offer you a tailor made program, created based on your personal goals, physical abilities, health & fitness level and your availability.

How do I amend the exercises in my program?

Go to «My Profile» then «My goals» to modify your program exercises to better suit your goals.

Keep in mind that all the courses offered in your personalized program are there to help you achieve your goal efficiently and safely.

How can I change my goals?

Go "My Profile" then "My goals" to change your primary and/or secondary goals.

Any new goal entered leads to the development of a new program to help you achieve this new goal.

History will remain available at «My Program» then «My Calendar», or by reselecting your old goal.

Why am I always doing the same workout in my CoachClub program?

Have you completed your questionnaire at the end of the session?

Once your session is completed, a questionnaire at the end of each workout will appear. You must complete it to inform us of the progress of your workout, your thoughts and your ability to follow it.

Based on your responses, your coach will adjust your next workout according to your progress. This new development will also take into consideration the information provided during registration.

Our goal is to deliver a tailored made program in order to optimize your progression.

What does it take to activate the subscription?

Your CoachClub subscription is activated immediately once you make your purchase online via credit card or through your Paypal account.

Go to «My Account» then «My subscription».

What are the payment methods available?

You can subscribe to a CoachClub membership:

Online via credit card or through your Paypal account.

Via automated phone registration prompts. One of our representatives will call you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

What are the subscription terms?

CoachClub offers subscriptions for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, payable in full upon purchase.

By default, following your free trial period, the monthly subscription will be activated.

At the end of your initial subscription period you will automatically be renewed for the same period you initially subscribed to. The subscription will be extended and billed based on the price you originally paid. This allows you to enjoy uninterrupted service of your personalized program, at the same discount price.

You can choose to terminate your subscription no later than 48 hours before the date of expiration of your current subscription. Go to «My account» then «My subscription» and «cancel automatic renewal». For more information, please refer to our general terms & conditions.

How to manage my current subscription?

Go to «My account» then «My subscription».

There you will find details of you current subscription: the duration of subscription, payment amount and due date, payment history and cancellation of automatic renewal.

How can I find out the date of my next payment?

To know the date and amount of your next payment, simply go to the tab «My account», then «My subscription».

You can view, save and print your invoices by clicking on «Download your bills»"

How to cancel automatic renewal of my subscription?

To cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, simply go to the tab «My account», then «My subscription», it must be done at least 48 hours before the end of your subscription.

Then click on «cancel automatic renewal».

Fill in the fields indicated and do not forget to save.

My credit card expires before the date of my next payment, how do I continue using the automatic renewal?

If the credit card you used to purchase your subscription expires before the date of your monthly automatic renewal, you will receive an email alert notifying you of the upcoming expiration of your credit card, which will include a link taking you to a page where you can enter your new credit card info.

Once on the page, you can enter your new credit card details. By doing so, you will continue to benefit from the automatic renewal of your program without any interruption.

You can also enter the details of your new credit card at «My Account» then «My subscription».

Enter your new credit card details at «Your credit card will expire soon».
